Deliveries Within the EU:
We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means that all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.
DeliveriesOutside the EU (including the Channel Islands):
We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. You may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country. The EU-countries are excluded from customs fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that occur as a result of customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
